Sohkor Solanke

Sohkor Solanke is an educator, writer, and podcast host dedicated to inspiring the next generation. 

With 17 years of experience teaching secondary and college levels, she is passionate about equipping students with the confidence to express their faith. She sponsors student-led Christian clubs, providing spaces for young people to grow spiritually and shine their light on campus and wherever they find themselves.

Born in Sierra Leone and raised in the U.K., Sohkor now resides in the U.S., where she continues her mission of faith and education. She is the producer and host of Sweet Mother and Education Today podcasts, using storytelling to uplift and encourage others. She also creates spaces for women to connect, grow, and deepen their relationship with God through worship and fellowship.

Sohkor has been married to her husband, David, for 26 years, and they are blessed with three sons.
