Professionally, Rebecca serves as Director of Digital Experience at Ernst and Young, where she brings innovation, strategy, and leadership to the evolving digital landscape. Alongside her corporate leadership, she founded Co-Creating with The Creator Through AI Innovation, where she helps Christian entrepreneurs identify an AI roadmap so they can build with intention, move with wisdom, and remain relevant in a rapidly changing world without compromising their faith.

Rebecca is the founder of the Disrupting Trauma Anthology Series, a publishing platform that helps women find their voice by sharing their stories. She believes that when women are given the opportunity to publish their truth, they do more than write. They break silence, reclaim power, and begin to heal. Every story becomes a testimony that inspires courage and transformation in the woman who tells it and in every woman who reads it.

Her passion for disruption and purpose extends to the next generation through the JR CEO Showcase, where she challenges young people to stop thinking about what they want to be when they grow up and start thinking about what they want to build. Through this work, she equips the next generation to rise as creators, innovators, and solution builders for the future.
