She talked about how God gave the Israelites an odd command in verse 18: “Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past.” This was strange because God had spent generations telling His people to remember. But this time was different.
She explained:
“God says, ‘I know what I’ve done in the past, but I need you to see, to behold. I need you to pay attention because I’m doing a new thing. If you stay stuck looking back at the way things used to be, or if you stay stuck looking for Me to do things the way I’ve done them in the past, you just might miss Me.'”
Then she asked a question that stayed with everyone who heard it:
“Can you perceive walking through fires and not being burned? Can you perceive your pile of ashes formed into something beautiful?”
That is what Bria will bring to Tampa. Not a motivational speech, but a prophetic invitation to perceive what God is doing right now.
