Beauty From Ashes Conference – Refund and Return Policy

The Beauty From Ashes Conference (B4A) values excellence, integrity, and care in our ministry. Our Refund and Returns Policy explains how we handle refunds, transfers, and exceptions for conference registrations, merchandise, and donations. We know unexpected things happen, but due to event planning and commitments, there are limits to cancellations and refunds.

1. General Overview

The Beauty From Ashes Conference is part of Breathe Life Ministries, focused on bringing healing and hope to women worldwide. Funds from registrations, donations, and merchandise go directly into event costs like the venue, speakers, and outreach programs.

By signing up or purchasing, you agree to these terms.

2. Conference Registrations

a. Non-Refundable Policy

All registrations for the Beauty From Ashes Conference are non-refundable once payment has been processed. This includes:

  • General admission tickets
  • Teen tickets
  • Group or bulk registrations
  • Add-on experiences (e.g., luncheons, breakout sessions, VIP access)

Funds are used immediately to secure your spot and prepare conference logistics such as seating, materials, and venue services.

b. Transfers

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another participant at no additional cost.

  • Transfers must be requested in writing at least 14 days before the event.
  • Include your full name, ticket number, and the recipient’s full details in your request.
  • Send all transfer requests to breathelifeministries@gmail.com.

c. Exceptions

In limited cases, such as force majeure, medical emergencies, or death in the immediate family, a credit toward a future B4A event may be granted. These are reviewed individually and require written documentation. Please email thebreathelifeministries@gmail.com within 7 days of the scheduled conference date.

3. Merchandise and Resources

Merchandise purchased through the conference or the B4A online store (such as devotionals, journals, or branded items) is subject to the Breathe Life Ministries Refund & Return Policy.

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for unused, unopened items.
  • Digital or downloadable products are non-refundable.
  • Damaged or defective items will be replaced at no cost to you.

4. Donations and Offerings

All donations to the Beauty From Ashes Conference or Breathe Life Ministries are final and non-refundable. We greatly appreciate your generosity. Every donation helps us bring healing and restoration to women through our conferences, devotionals, and outreach.

If a technical or duplicate transaction occurs, contact thebreathelifeministries@gmail.com within 7 days of giving for review and correction.

5. Event Cancellations or Postponements

In the unlikely event that the Beauty From Ashes Conference is canceled by the organizers:

  • You will receive a full refund for your registration fee, or
  • You may choose to apply your payment toward the next scheduled B4A conference.

 

If the event is rescheduled, your registration will transfer to the new date. Refunds are not available for schedule changes caused by events like natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.

6. Travel and Accommodation Costs

B4A and Breathe Life Ministries are not responsible for travel, lodging, or personal expenses related to your registration. We recommend buying refundable or flexible travel options.
