Highlights & First-Look Reflections from B4A Online 2026

conference-highlights
The Beauty from Ashes (B4A) global online conference was impressive. Despite having its maiden run just this year, it attracted more than 600 attendees.
Breath Life Ministries organized this 1st Annual Virtual B4A Conference on 17th January 2026, entitled “Rise Again”. Speakers from various spheres of influence shared on topics like faith in adversity, pursuit-overtake-recover, holy confidence, grace for the afflicted, and powerful testimonies of rising again after impossible experiences.
Women joined from various nations across the world for a time in God’s presence, and the move of the Holy Spirit was undeniable. Attendees came from Jamaica, the UK, the USA, Nigeria, Kenya, Zimbabwe, the Philippines, India, Pakistan, and beyond.
It’s near-impossible to summarize the entire Beauty from Ashes online conference. Still, here’s our best attempt at compiling highlights and first look reflections of the event. Without further ado, here are the B4A conference 2026 highlights you don’t want to miss.

God Doesn’t Always Do Things the Same Way

“I know before I brought you out through the wilderness, but this time I am making a way for you in the wilderness. Can you perceive it?”
Drawing from Isaiah 43:18–20, Pastor Bria Bradshaw shared how focusing on the past can hinder our ability to perceive what God is doing now. Forgetting the former can be necessary, especially in seasons where we feel stuck in brokenness. If we stay focused on how things used to be, we may miss the new work God is doing.

Pursue, Overtake, Recover All

Evangelist Charlene Campos did an extensive job highlighting the infallibility of God’s word and what it means to recover all. Referencing Isaiah 61:3, she emphasized that God doesn’t just heal—He exchanges.

God’s promise of recovery applies to:

  • Marriages and families affected by betrayal or addiction
  • Physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health
  • Broken relationships and estranged loved ones
  • Mental struggles such as fear, tormenting thoughts, and nightmares

Depression Bows to Jesus

Born in a culture where girls are considered less valuable, Maria Khadim carried the weight of insecurity well into adulthood. A state that quickly deepened into depression: darkness, hopelessness, fear, and suicidal thoughts.
Until God intervened with a simple message, ‘It is finished.’ John 19:30. Maria’s testimony is one of the many great things God is doing across the world for women.

When it Seems Like it Can't Get Any Worse

Even when life tries to break us, God still has a purpose for our lives. “There are times when I’ve had to go to the side and have a good cry, then go on to minister,” shared Pastor Gloria McGowan.
She pointed out that we may experience seasons where we think things can’t get any worse. Just like Job, in a day he received 4 different messages of loss.
It may be hard to worship in pain, but try anyhow. When things appear like they couldn’t get any worse, we must trust that God knows us better and where He is leading us.

God is a Father Who Says Come as You Are

Powerfully speaking on the deep fatherly love of God, Patience Sithole charged women about how much God is eagerly waiting for us to just take that first step. We don’t even have to go all the way, and He’ll meet us there.
Is there something that’s been keeping you from believing God could accept you as you are? Listen to this.

Paul, formerly known as Saul of Tarsus, was on his way to kill Christians, but this is the man God chose and used mightily for others. Were there no holy brethren in the area He could pick from? But that’s not how He works. Women must begin to forget the ashes and tell themselves I am going to go.

Testimonies

“I enjoyed every single moment with beauty from ashes ladies. It made me realize that God’s unpredictable plan was always in my favor. Just teach yourself to open your arms to Him and He will meet you halfway. Thank you B4A for this kind of conference. It was my first time and it was an incredible and unforgettable moment even if it was just through an online platform.”

“I really loved the conference. I laughed and cried from the great testimonies shared by the speakers. God’s presence was strongly felt, and I was grateful to be part of it. All the speakers were amazing. With this team, I know we will do even better next time.”

Building Holy Confidence

Pastor Trudy Loots shared a lot of nuggets about the God-kind of confidence, which was a real takeaway for many women.
For example, she challenged us to think about confidence from a new perspective. Holy confidence, meaning that which is from God, not inspirational or motivational.
Referencing David’s journey and the woman at the well (John 4), she outlined the markers of holy confidence and left attendees with a question to ponder:

If we had holy confidence, what would we be bold enough to do?

Fighting Invisible Battles

Another B4A conference 2026 highlight was Avani’s testimony. While people may see our difficulties, what they don’t see are the invisible battles within our souls.
Avani Jain woke up one day, and her whole world turned upside down after a single message from the doctor. She had been diagnosed with breast cancer. Shortly after, the real pain began.

Certainty was replaced with fear, and normal life with hospital rooms. Her testimony inspired and touched the hearts of many women. It reminded many of us of the preciousness and sanctity of faith.

Go to God with Confidence

Grace isn’t just undeserved favor; it’s empowerment to receive the truth and move beyond our limitations and struggles. Elizabeth Wakhungu shared about the special grace availed to us when we face afflictions.
Weaving Scripture with her testimony of surviving chronic sickness and near-death experience, she offered a renewed understanding of grace in seasons of affliction.

She reminded listeners that God welcomes all of us—our good, but also our pain, shame, brokenness, addictions, and all the ugly included.

Life has 2 Mirrors: Which One Are You Looking at?

Rebecca Miller asked, “Which mirror do you look at when in your lowest moment?” She emphasized that life often presents us with two mirrors- one that speaks truth and the other lies.
This is an analogy that was revealed to her after surviving the trauma of kidnapping and a gunshot wound. The mirror of truth reflects God and our true identity.

Disrupting the mirror of lies is a holistic process, which she presented in the acronym D.I.S.R.U.P.T.

Mini Moments of Ventral Energy

The rest of the conference featured micro-moments where speakers shared words of encouragement and short lessons they picked up on their journeys.

Laughing through the Ashes

Comedy breaks featuring Comedienne Lady Q added moments of joy throughout the conference. The upcoming live event, a 2-day affair, is set to be bigger and better and will include a full comedy night show headlined by Lady Q and other comedians.
This will take place on 5th and 6th of June, 2026 in Tampa, Florida.
